[Haskell-beginners] gtk2hs [GIMP ToolKit]

Good afternoon,
I uninstalled both Gtk+s...
I ran the command again and the previous errors no longer appear -
thank you.
However, I still get one error, see following: it is: _*setup.exe:
pkg-config version >=0.9.0 is required but it could not be found.*_
Please see following.
