[arch-haskell] Testpack considered for removal, users please speak up

Testpack[1] is being considered for removal.  It's requiring more and
more patching and the upstream author has not been responsive lately.
There are no other packages depending on it so there is no impact on
other packages in [haskell-core].

If anyone out there is depending on the package please speak up, so we
can discuss what to do about it.

I'll leave a week for users to speak up and start the discussion.  If
I've heard nothing as of 27 March I'll go ahead and remove the
package.
