Reading from hackage, I can tell you that DBUS is binding to the API,
dbus is implemented in Haskell. The first fails with ghc-7.0, so I don't
know why anybody would use it. As Magnus already told you, the reason
for dbus presence in [haskell-web] is because it is a dependency of
git-annex.
