There are a few dbus packages on hackage.  The one in [haskell-core]
is DBus (http://hackage.haskell.org/package/DBus) which is rather old,
and quite possibly a candidate for removal (I'll have to check later
today).  The dbus package in [haskell-web] seems to be dbus
(http://hackage.haskell.org/package/dbus), which is newer and looks to
be better maintained (AFAICS it's also a dependency of github-annex).

Not a particularly good answer, but maybe Fabio can fill in a little
more details
