[arch-haskell] Our IRC room

Our IRC channel is now #archlinux-haskell.
So hang out and ask questions and give answers there :)
I tried and hopefully succeeded to put a redirect bot into #arch-haskell to
tell people who join the old one.
(And the wiki has been updated.)
