I created this page to help further factor out and centralize
information about he profusion of bodies we now have, and help direct
people where they may want to go to report issues:

https://wiki.haskell.org/Haskell_Governance

It should be a useful place to direct people to when they want to know
"who do I talk to about X issue”.
