[ghc-steering-committee] GHC proposals

  *   Could we add a tag for "Implemented" so that we can have convenient lists for "accepted and implemented" vs "accepted and not yet implemented"?   Easy, and valuable.
  *   The "under discussion" list seems terribly short - only two proposals!
