I have just put out a new windows binary snapshot
(http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/fp/release/drhaskell-08-nov-2006.zip), I
also suggest you upgrade to a new Yhc snapshot. Together they should
work fine.

darcs get http://darcs.haskell.org/yhc --partial
scons

That should work for you, or give you appropriate error messages.
Using a modern snapshot though should get Dr Haskell working fine
anyway.

Thanks
