[xmonad] Disappearing windows

>From time to time, windows disappear from my xmonad. The usual
circumstance is that I'm working in fullscreen layout for a time, and
when I try to switch layouts or switch windows, I am unable to. But the
layouts or window titles I'm going for are visible in the xmobar.

I've looked for solutions but with no luck. Here's a link to a short
