[xmonad] [PATCH] New layout modifier: Hidden

Attached is a patch that adds a new layout modifier.  It scratches an
itch I had with the BinarySpacePartition layout.  With the Hidden layout
you can remove windows from the window set and then reinsert them in the
future.  When used with BinarySpacePartition, it allows you to move a
window to any other part of the BSP tree.
