[xmonad] RFC: XMonad.Prompt.ConfirmPrompt module

hi

i have used this hack to have a confirmation prompt in xmonad before:

but i figured it would be cleaner to do this using only the xmonad<s
internal primitives, so i wrote this module.

could it be considered for inclusion in xmonad-contrib?
