[xmonad] Missing windows

Thanks for the suggestion, Adam. I tried it, but it didn't produce the
desired result.

Yes, it put everything on a single workspace. No, it didn't find the
missing windows. Yes, the missing windows are still reported by 

  xwininfo -tree -root
