[xmonad] Controlling Tab Style with Monad.Layout.SubLayouts

Hi,

I'm using Monad.Layout.SubLayouts to combine multiple windows using a
tabbed layout.  This is working great.  However, the tab that is created is
kind of large.

Is there some way to control this?
