[xmonad] Gimp -- Newer Windows Plunging Under Older Windows

i have this problem too.   however, there are several methods for dealing
with it (besides getting the latest darcs version or waiting for those
features to hit the main release)
a search for simply xmonad and gimp, will likely find them.

i love how this shows the immense power and configurability of xmonad, to be
the wm you want.
