New issue 454 by hramr... at gmail.com: Dialogs should be floated above thier
parent, not at random
http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/detail?id=454

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run an application that opens dialogs asynchronously, such as Firefox or
Thunderbird
2. work elsewhere in the desktop

When a dialog (such as password dialog) is spawned by Firefox or
Thunderbird it appears in random place in stack order, possibly even on a
different workspace and different screen.

The dialog should be floated above the window for which it is transient. It
both makes sense and avoids many issues from issue 95

Xmonad running on Debian.
