In KDE, plasma dropdown windows (such as the k-menu and the systray  
extender) behave like regular windows, and thus they tile. However, they  
should float ideally.

Similarly, krunner is managed like a dock and is thus unable to receive  
keyboald input apparently, rendering it pretty useless.


I have made a small fix in my xmonad.hs config, but I really think that  
this should be the default behaviour kde4Config.
