[xmonad] Window(s) overlaps status bar after xmonad is restarted

Hi,

I believe the issue is addressed by XMonad.Hooks.ManageDocks.docksEventHook 
added by this patch (which unfortunately isn't an xmonad-contrib on 
hackage):
