* Unpolished arrow-based config with heavy dependencies.
The general idea is there, some more utility functions may need
to be written, especially with respect to layout modifiers, which
are treated specially, though the method used to reorder
functions could be applied to the rest of the config.
Refer to XMonad.Config.Arrow.Sample for an example.
This is inspired by comments in Spencer's XMonad.Config.Monad
(which doesn't work).
