[xmonad] The IM layout and skype

What I do is match the Title instead:
withIM (1%7) skype (LG.Grid False) where
  skype = Title "<yourUsername> - Skype™ (Beta)" `Or` Title "Skype™ 2.1
(Beta) for Linux"
