[xmonad] dzen2 not recognized by avoidStruts on non-rectangular desktop

Now I'm getting the NET_WM_STRUT_PARTIAL output from xprop for the 
bottom instances even if the second monitor is connected, but xmonad 
isn't recognizing the instances and preventing the windows from 
overlapping even when that monitor isn't connected.
