[xmonad] Virtual Box won't release keyboard or mouse when used in xmonad

Greetings,

When I try to use VirtualBox in xmonad, it fails to give up control of the
mouse or keyboard when I use the release key (right ctrl).

I was hoping this was just a bug from a while ago in virtual box or xmonad,
but I just tried it again this morning and still have the same problem?
Anyone know a good work around?
