[xmonad] Error message when launching Firefox

I need the following information from everyone experiencing this:

    * versions of GNOME, GConf, dbus
    * how you're starting xmonad
    * output of ps aux | grep dbus

My theory is that you're not properly starting a DBUS session, and this is
confusing GNOME.
