Note that in most times Fn is not a real key that emits a keycode. Only
in combination with some special other keys it sends another keycode.
so maybe you could bind something at <Fn>+<ArrowUp> (that is on my
laptop a key that change the backlight of the screen) but not only on
<Fn>.
