Passing --name to gnome-terminal only seems to work if there aren't any
terminals already open. I'm not sure if this is intended behavior, but if
--disable-factory is also passed, then scratchpad works properly. This
confused me for a bit so I think it makes sense to change the comment. At
the very least hopefully google will catch this bug report :)
