What steps will reproduce the problem?

try to use this as layout hook:

> import XMonad.Layout.Reflect
> import XMonad.Layout.DragPane
...
> layoutHook = reflectHoriz $ dragPane Vertical 0.1 (1/3)


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Splitter can't be dragged with a mouse. It is drawn at 2/3 position, but I
see it flickering at 1/3 when hovering the mouse over it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Darcs version on Gentoo
