[xmonad] Key repetitions (begginer)

Hi,

In Metacity, I used to have disabled the
option to repeat a key after some time of
pressing (i.e., you press 'e' for some
time and get 'eeeeeeeeeeeee'). How can I
do that when using xmonad? Should (can)
I do that using X itself? Is there a
"xmonad way" of doing that sort of things?
