[xmonad] Xinerama patches

Hi,

I just wanted to remind you of my patches that complete sjanssen’s work
for focus-follows-mouse-onto-empty-screens that I have submitted a week
ago. They have been confirmed to work by someone else. Unfortunately, I
don’t have a dual screen setup where I am now any more, so I won’t
notice the lack of these patches and might forget about them :-) –
therefore this reminder.
