[xmonad] ANNOUNCE: xmonad 0.8 released!

I got some more time...

A Feature freeze exception have been granted to sync the latest xmonad and 
related packages from Debian to Ubuntu. This means that Ubuntu 8.10 will most 
likely have xmonad 0.8. :-)

(Everything have been given an OK, so there is not any need to post any 
additional info on that bug. It is only waiting for the ubuntu-archive team to 
do the actual sync.)
