[xmonad] All browser links stopped working in KDE

Thanks. Yeah, I need to do some more triage.

Sorry about bothering this list. I am hoping to locate other people
who were hit with this to help pinpoint the problem. Thought maybe
something in xmonad may have triggered it.

You have no idea how hard it was to get any work done yesterday.
Testing has served me well for years, but maybe it's time to switch
to stable :(.
