The UpdatePointer module moves the pointer after the workspace was
switched, even when this would not be necessary.

The reason appears to be that the queryPointer function returnes the
previously selected window, not the current.

sjanssen suggested to re-implement this modules as a layout modifier, 
so it
can query the state of windows and figure out itself above what window the
mouse hovers.
