[xmonad] Still trying to get Gnome + Xmonad Working

AHA!  I figured out the issue!

in .gnomerc.  WINDOW_MANAGER should not contain a tilda.

So I changed:
WINDOW_MANAGER=~/bin/xmonad
to
WINDOW_MANAGER=/home/jevin/bin/xmonad
