[xmonad] xmonad and the google summer of code

I've created a ticket under the haskell.org's Google Summer of Code page
for an xmonad project: adding compositing support.

Any developer with relevant experience who'd be interested in spending 3
months over the summer working on this, please add your name  to the 
ticket.

I've identified possibly SoC-accepted orgs that may be interested in
funding this, other ideas for who'd be interested are welcome.
