[xmonad] Floats always go to the current screen (Patch)

I wasn't aware of the existence of any such ticket and can't find it at 
http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/list . Can you refer me to the 
ticket?

If you're just asking whether the problem as I originally stated is 
fixed with this patch, yes it is.
