[xmonad] darcs patch: XMonad.Hooks.EwmhDesktops export EwmHDesktopsHook

hmm, I thought I had this handled, but it seems I have not...

Anyways, wouldn’t it be nicer if "HandleEvent EwmhDesktopsHook" could be
combined into one type (or type alias) that’s exported? The fact that
it’s using HandleEvent should be hidden to the user.
