[xmonad] focus but hidden

This may sound silly, but have you accidentally floated your front
window? It can be easy to do if you hold down the xmonad meta-key and
click in the window. It wouldn't be immediately obvious but you'd
never get your other windows back.

Try meta-t to tile them again (for whatever meta key you have bound; I
think the default is alt?).
