Issue 124: Closing windows while reloading configuration confuses xmonad
http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/detail?id=124

New issue report by kristnjov:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open two windows (e.g. terminals).
2. Touch the configuration file (~/.xmonad/xmonad.hs) and reload the
configuration by hitting Mod-q.
3. Close one of the windows while reloading the configuration.
4. Now xmonad seems to think there are still two windows open, even though
we closed one of them.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that xmonad rearranges the still open windows, but
it seems to think that there are more windows open than there actually are.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xmonad 0.6 och Arch Linux.
