What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In your Xdefaults specify
urxvt*perl-ext-common:  default,matcher
urxvt*matcher.button:   1
urxvt*urlLauncher:      firefox
2. Click on an underlined hyperlink; firefox then opens a tab/window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Keyboard focus goes to firefox, while the highlighted border stays 
where it
was.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ghc 6.8.2, darcs (as of 12 february) core and contrib.
