No, but you can easily re-build them.

dget http://people.debian.org/~nomeata/xmonad/xmonad_0.6-0.nomeata1.dsc
dpkg-source -x xmonad_0.6-0.nomeata1.dsc
cd xmonad-0.6
dpkg-buildpackage -b -cu -us

and you have a debian package (compareable procedure for the other
packages, build haskell-x11 first)
