[xmonad] Issue 199 in xmonad: Prompt.AppendFile crashes when file is not writable

I checked the following:
sshPrompt and a non-existing or a non-readable .known_hosts
appendFiled and a non-writable file
both work fine, (sshPrompt doesnt appear and appendFile fails silently), so  
no crash
at all. Can anybody please check this for his config, so we can perhaps  
close the bug?
