[Xmonad] darcs patch: Added XUtils: a library for drawing (and 5 more)

ops, this is something I owed to David: the reintroduction of the
shrinker configuration option, hidden inside an invisible Maybe. With
a HUGE but: on restart we must fall back to shrinkText.

So I ask: is this useful? Is there another way?
