[Xmonad] Combo, Roledex, and Accordion

Yeah, we could implement nested stacks.  Or (to layer hokeyness) we could
implement most of the code of SimpleStacking in Combo, so that Combo would
be able to remember which window in each sublayout most recently had
focus.
