[Xmonad] darcs patch: eliminate a few Eq a constraints in Stac... (and 4 more)

Hi all,

Here's a final patch, which makes the layouts be preserved across
xmonad restarts.  I've tested it gently, but since XMonadContrib
hasn't yet been converted, I haven't used it with for normal work.
Note that this version is a regression in that only a single Layout
is supported.  This'll be fixed when we move LayoutChoice into
xmonad proper.
