[Xmonad] xinerama and dmenu

Dmenu doesn't support Xinerama, but Jason Creighton wrote a patch that adds
support for it http://www.jcreigh.com/dmenu/dmenu-3.2-xinerama.patch

Also, you might want to take a look at XMonadContrib.ShellPrompt.
