[Xmonad] Kicker and DeManage

Here's one way to do it (hackish, I know):

 - start kicker
 - demanage it
 - right click the kicker and choose configure
 - set the kicker to appear on the top of the screen, apply
 - set the kicker to appear on the bottom of the screen


Hopefully we can do a better job at this when we have window filters.
