[Xmonad] The xmonad user's wiki

I've obtained a chunk of the haskell.org wiki to use as
an xmonad users wiki.

To kick things off I've created the long asked for area where 
you can upload Config.hs files, and screenshots, showing your 
favourite setup. If you've done something cool -- perhaps you 
use some funky colours or layouts, or hack dzen scripts  --
share your Config.hs with the world!
