[Xmonad] darcs patch: ManageDocks migrated to Hook system (and

Hi,
darcs put these patches together, but the second one is actually
independent from the first one (it’s just because of the export list
that darcs think they belog together.
I guess I should start using the ,-in-front-of-list-element-style...
