[Xmonad] darcs patch: ManageDocks migrated to Hook system (and 1 more)

Hi,

darcs put these patches together, but the second one is actually
independent from the first one (it’s just because of the export list
that darcs think they belog together.

I guess I should start using the ,-in-front-of-list-element-style...
