[Xmonad] darcs patch: Tabbed: don't use restackWindows

  * Tabbed: don't use restackWindows
  
  This fixes a bug visible in combination with my FloatLayout:
  floating windows beneath the tabs although the FloatLayout layers
  all floating windows on top of the normal layout.
