[Xmonad] darcs patch: make createNewWindow set background and foreground to ...

Hi all,

Here's a very minor cleanup.  It doesn't really help much just yet, but
will allow considerable simplification of DragPane.  But maybe the
complexity was added because someone wanted drag handles that aren't a
solid color?

  * make createNewWindow set background and foreground to a given color.
  This means we don't need to draw colors that are this color.  Also
  speeds up redrawing, since the X server can do all the drawing on its
  own, without talking with xmonad.
