[Xmonad] darcs patch: add dmenuMap function (and 1 more)

New dmenuMap function as recommended, and a WindowBringer contrib that depends upon the former.
The workspaceMap function could probably use some cleanup -- `flip (,)` smells
a little rotten, as do the seventeen thousand fmaps.
