[Xmonad] Repositories have moved to code.haskell.org

Our darcs repositories have moved:
    http://code.haskell.org/xmonad
    http://code.haskell.org/XMonadContrib
    http://code.haskell.org/X11-extras

We won't be updating the old darcs.haskell.org repositories any more, so be
sure to pull from these new addresses.

Thanks to the code.haskell.org admins for making this possible.
